1. I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Good news! It will be shipped immediately and it is completely free!

2. Can I change my order?

Please email us at vaezy.manager@gmail.com within 30 minutes if you would like to change your order details. Any changes after that period will not be allowed. 

 

3. Can I exchange or return the item?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged when you receive it**.

Please send the items back to us within 7 days for a full refund. You have to take a picture of the defect and email it to vaezy.manager@gmail.com before sending it. Then once you have received the confirmation email, please ship it back to us at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your name and order number on the returned parcels.

 

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

 

The item should be in its original condition and not have been used or washed. 

Any tags or labels should be intact. 

 

**For hygienic purposes, we do not offer any returns unless the product is defective or damaged when received.

 

4. Exchanges

 

We have a sizing chart for you to refer to. However, we understand that every female is different and there will be discrepancies with sizes.

We will be able to provide you with a 1 to 1 exchange if the following criteria has been met:

1. The item is in the exact same condition

2. The label is attached

3. The item has not been washed

4. The item has not come into contact with any perspiration

 

If the above has been met, please Whatsapp us at +65 9067 0681 to let us know so we can prepare the new item for you. 

All exchanges must be done at 307A Tanjong Katong Road, between 8am and 6pm Mondays to Fridays. 

Please inform us via Whatsapp what day you intend to do the exchange and the time you are likely to arrive. 

All exchanges have to be completed 7 days after the order has been delivered. NO exchanges thereafter.

 

5. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

 

Once you confirm that the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at vaezy.manager@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 1 hour. No changes after 1 hour since the order had been placed.
